hello, my name is francisca and i attended a 1 year birthday party today where your cupcakes where served. let me just say that they were a HUGE hit and people ranted and raved about these cupcakes. so much so, that i actually had to get up and have one. i don't have a sweet tooth so it was easy for me to pass it up initially...so many people were talking about these cupcakes that i gave in. and boy was i glad that i did. they were by far the BEST cupcakes i have ever tasted. yes, the presentation was nice and they were very elegant looking. but the real test is in taste. and for me to take time out of my evening to look you up and send an email speaks volumes on how great they were... i am definitely keeping your name and number and will use you in the next couple of months. my 5 year old is turning 6 and i think she had about 5 of them. she told me she wants these cupcakes for her birthday. the red velvet ones were sinful. and the carrot ones were just the best. i didn't try the vanilla, but my friend did and she savored every bite. thanks for being a hit at the party! i can't wait to send some business your way...thanks again!

Gloria - I just had to send you a quick note to tell you what a HUGE hit the cupcakes were. Particularly the Red Velvet! You should have seen me tearing your business cards off the boxes for the Moms.
